Bright ruby color. With notes of ripe strawberries, fig, plum and black pepper. In the palete it is dry, harmonious with soft tannins and notes of pepper, figs and ripe strawberry. Persistent. Ideal to pair with soft cheeses, grilled octopus, suckling pig and veal.
