Purchases
- These goods are subject to availability. In the case we run out of stock, we will promptly notify you.
- In the case of not receiving your payment, your purchase order will be cancelled.
- It is necessary that the person registered as the recipient be who receives the goods.
- Not all goods are subject to refunding. Check out the Refunds section for more information.

- All our online purchases are subject to home delivery, with an additional cost that will be defined depending on the destination and quantity of the purchase.
Cancellations
- You will be able to totally or parcially cancel a purchase made through our website www.bodegasfrubio.com only if the goods have not yet been sent. To do this, you will have to send an email to: info@bodegasfrubio.com
- The sales returns will have to be made through a branch or packaging.
- In the event of partial cancellations, only the price of the goods will be reimbursed and not the shipping costs.
- The shipping costs will only be reimbursed when the cancellation is attributed to Bodegas F. Rubio for not having stocks and thus not being able to perform the delivery.
Returns
Our return policy is very simple. You will be able to return any purchased item at www.bodegasfrubio.com for the following reasons:
- The item presents manufacturing defects.
- The wrong item is shipped. The original packaging has to be conserved and no mistreatment signs have to be present.
The physical change will take place in the case of receiving wrong or damaged goods and only if these have been reported within the first 72 hours of their delivery to info@bodegasfrubio.com
There will be no changes or returns with articles that are not sealed and inside their original packaging.
