Intense and bright garnet red color. Aroma of black cherry, toast, caramel and black pepper. Dry on the palate , complex, with silky tannins and lactic notes, red fruits, black primrose, toasted, caramel and eucalyptus. Long aftertaste. Ideal to pair with soft cheeses, foie gras, rack of lamb or New York cut.
